Here are some frequently asked questions in regards to payment options:
Can I sign up for a payment plan through PayItClerkPBC?
- Payment plans are set up with Palm Beach directly and require documentation to be completed in the office. You can find more information here. Once the terms of the payment plan are set up, the installment payments can be made on PayItClerkPBC
Can I schedule a payment on PayItClerkPBC?

You can only schedule one if you are on an established payment plan in good standing. Once your case has been added to the cart, and you go to check out, you will be given the option to schedule payment using a calendar. You can pay up until the date your payment is due.
Can I pay ahead on my payment plan?
- You may pay more than the monthly payment plan amount, but it will not reduce the amount owed on your next month's installment amount. Paying more than the monthly amount will only decrease your total balance due.
What happens if I miss a payment on my payment plan?
- A late fee of $23.00 is assessed for every late payment.
Can i pay for more than one citation at a time?
- Only one citation/case may be paid per transaction

- Payments can be made with credit or debit cards
